Cleaning Makeup Brushes
With daily use, makeup brushes can easily harbour and accumulate bacteria. So, wash them frequently to keep them clean and your face healthy. Written below are some tips and pointers on how you can tidy up these beauty tools.
Start by filling a bowl with very warm water and a bit of liquid soap. This cleaning solution will help remove bacteria without damaging the brushes. Next, dip each brush in the mixture starting with the smallest applicator first. Ensure that the whole device is saturated in liquid.
Proceed by pouring a very small amount of shampoo in the palm of your hand. Take the smallest brush and swirl it until forms a lather. Do this step with your remaining cosmetic tools. Add more hair cleansing product as necessary.
Then, swirl each of the soapy brushes in warm water. When the latter becomes dirty, dump it and refill with fresh water. Repeat this step until all the individual items have been rinsed thoroughly. To shake out excess water, wrap each brush in a paper towel. Allow it to dry while lying flat.
